What is the difference between a sleeve and an envelope sleeve?

A leather MacBook sleeve is a simple protective sleeve for everyday use. An envelope sleeve includes a flap and magnetic closure for a more classic envelope-style look.

Do you offer initials or personalization?

Yes. We offer initials personalization on selected leather products. Personalized items with initials cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Can I return the product?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Are small scratches or marks normal?

Yes. Natural marks and light scratches are normal for Crazy Horse leather. They are not defects, but part of the material’s natural look.
