Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and selected European countries available at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $80 or more.
For orders under $80, standard shipping costs $29.99.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Personalized orders may require up to 5 business days before shipment.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from Ukraine.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Are VAT and customs charges included?
No. VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, and carrier handling charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
When applicable, these charges are paid by the recipient upon delivery.
How do I choose the correct MacBook sleeve size?
First select your preferred opening type and MacBook size.
Then choose one of two ways to confirm the fit:
• Model and year — enter the exact MacBook model and year.
• Exact dimensions — enter the width, depth, and thickness of your closed MacBook.
You can find your MacBook model through Apple menu → About This Mac.
How should I measure my MacBook?
Measure the closed MacBook at its widest points:
• Width
• Depth
• Thickness
Enter only the MacBook dimensions, without adding extra space. You can select centimeters or inches.
What is the difference between the opening types?
Long-side opening means the MacBook slides into the sleeve through the longer side.
Short-side opening means the MacBook slides into the sleeve through the shorter side.
Can I order a custom size?
Please contact us before ordering if your device does not match one of the available standard sizes. We will confirm whether we can make the required size.
What happens if a standard-size sleeve does not fit?
If the sleeve does not fit because of our error on a standard-size order, we will remake it at no additional cost.
This guarantee does not apply when incorrect model information or measurements were provided by the customer.
Can I personalize my order?
Yes. Personalization with initials or a short text is available on selected products.
We will confirm the exact text, placement, and availability of letters with you in writing before production begins.
Can I change the personalization after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before production begins.
Are personalized products returnable?
Personalized products are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or were made incorrectly by us.
What is your return policy?
Eligible non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. Please review our Refund Policy for complete conditions.
What is Crazy Horse leather?
Crazy Horse leather is genuine leather treated with special waxes and oils. It develops a natural patina over time, and marks or variations in color are part of its character.
Will my product look exactly like the photos?
Genuine leather is a natural material. Slight differences in texture, tone, grain, and natural marks are normal and make every item unique.
