Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and selected European countries available at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $80 or more.
For orders under $80, standard shipping costs $29.99.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Personalized orders may require up to 5 additional business days before shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after the order has been shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from Ukraine.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
VAT, Customs Duties, and Import Charges
VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, and carrier handling charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
For international orders, including orders delivered to the European Union, these charges may be collected from the recipient by customs authorities or the delivery carrier upon arrival.
The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import charges required for customs clearance and delivery.
We ship international orders on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis unless your checkout or order confirmation explicitly states otherwise.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at stowpilots@gmail.com.
We will help you check the shipment status with the delivery provider.
